Day to Day Itinerary

DAY 1 : Arrival: Arrive at Tribhuven International Airport where you will be greeted by a representative of ours. From here, we take you to your hotel in Thamel to rest or to enjoy some of the nightlife of the city.

DAY 2 : Kathmandu Tour: Travel to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhu and Boudhanath.

DAY 3 : Patan and Bhaktapur: These two cities are also UNESCO World Heritage Sites with ancient temples, royal palaces. There are living goddesses and more. Spend a half a day at each location, enjoying Nepali food for lunch.

DAY 4 : Travel to Pokhara: Travel by a/c private vehicle from Kathmandu where you will climb the mountain road out of the valley and then follow the mighty Trisuli River as it winds its way from Tibet to the sacred waters of the Ganges. At Mugling, we cross the Trisuli on a suspension bridge and continue westward until we arrive at the beautiful lakeside city of Pokhara. We will spend the night at Lakeside Location, where you can wander up and down the streets and along the beautiful blue lake that reflects the snowcapped peaks of the Himalayas.

DAY 5 : Pokhara: In the morning, rush to the rooftop of your hotel to watch the sunrise over the mighty snowcapped peaks of the Himalayas. Today will be a busy and exciting day. Take a boat ride on Lake Fewa to the ancient temple on the only island in the lake. Pass by Davi Falls, of which the waters then disappear into a deep narrow gorge before becoming an underground river. Then travel to the Buddhist Peace Pagoda for an incredible view of the city, the lake and the mountains. From this height, you will be left breathless by the incredible view of Pokhara and the surrounding mountains. Travel to Sarangkot where you can watch the sun set over the Himalayas.

DAY 6 : Return to Kathmandu: This day brings you back to Kathmandu, traveling along the Seti and Trisuli Rivers as you make your way to Kathmandu. In the evening, enjoy last minute shopping and nightlife at your hotel in Thamel.

DAY 7 : Departure: Take time to visit some of the places you didn’t get to see in the Kathmandu Valley before leaving for your next destination. Your representative of ours will personally conduct you to the airport. Of course, be sure to talk with your representative about returning to Nepal to visit all of the places that  you didn’t get a chance to see on this tour.
